You will receive a message in a return email asking for confirmation of your subscription with instructions on how to respond. After you respond to that confirmation step, you will receive notification that you have subscribed to the list, and instructions on how to unsubscribe at any time in the future. It is a good idea to keep these instructions handy, but you can get new instructions by sending the message
